These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the LootWave Market website, available at lootwavemarket.com (the “Service”), operated by LootWave Market, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, with EIN 17-2836293 and principal office at 6353 Adriana Ave Apt 2103, Orlando, FL 32819, USA (“we”, “us”). The Service includes opening mystery boxes and any related features.

By creating an account, opening a box or completing a purchase you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By using the Service you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in your country of residence; (c) the information you provide is true, accurate and current.

We may request proof of age and identity and may suspend or close accounts where information turns out to be false.

You may use the Service as a guest or create an account. The account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or other security breach.

Each box shows the full list of possible items and the exact probability of each, expressed in basis points (1/10000). The probabilities always sum to 100%, so every opening necessarily yields an item.

Provably fair. Before each opening we generate a server seed and publish its SHA-256 hash. The result is computed as HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, clientSeed:nonce) mod 10000. After the opening we reveal the seed so you can reproduce the calculation and verify the result.

Box prices, items and probabilities may change for future openings, never retroactively.

Every box opening is a final sale. The item is recorded in your inventory and the transaction is deemed fully performed once the result is revealed. We do not accept returns or exchanges — the customer buys the box and receives whatever comes out.

Boxes and products ship to the address you provide at order time. Please verify the address carefully before completing payment — parcels returned due to incorrect addresses are only reshipped once a new shipping fee is paid.

Prices are displayed in the currency you select and may be converted to your local currency by the payment processor. Any sales taxes, customs duties or import VAT due in the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.

Payment is handled by external processors (Stripe). We do not store full card data. Your order is confirmed only after payment is authorised.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• circumvent technical limits, authentication or rate limits;
• use bots, scrapers or multiple accounts to gain an advantage;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service without written consent.

Breach allows us to suspend or close your account, cancel pending orders and reverse openings linked to fraud.

All content on the Service (code, text, images, logos, trademarks) belongs to or is licensed to the operator and is protected by applicable law. You acquire no rights over that content merely by using the Service. “Apple” is a registered trademark of Apple Inc.; “Amazon” of Amazon.com, Inc.; “eBay” of eBay Inc. This site is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these entities.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOTWAVE MARKET, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OPPORTUNITY OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER ANY THEORY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 6 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless LootWave Market, Inc., its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, damage, obligation, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. We give reasonable notice when changes are material. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your access for breach, fraud or to comply with the law. Clauses that by their nature should survive (liability, IP, governing law and venue) remain in force after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, USA, except where mandatory law of your country of habitual residence grants you the right to bring an action before the courts of your domicile.

Before filing any action, please contact us at support@lootwavemarket.com — we will try to resolve the matter in good faith within 30 days.
